Our Aim

Being landlords ourselves, we know what its like choosing a property management company that will let you enjoy your investment. We have over 70 units ourselves in the HMO market as well as several single let units around the country.

The main criteria when searching for a property manager is that they can fulfil the job description! Using our experience with property managers, we realised quickly that we were not getting the service that we signed up for. UBI Lease Mgt. was born! We aim to provide the best customer service to the landlord and the tenants providing a personalised service that is catered towards your needs.
