Getting started.

To get started with the process to move into your new home, we have created a quick 5 step guide to keep things easy.

Step One

If you haven’t already, you will need to view the properties you are interested in to ensure the right fit for your new home! We have a large selection of properties but be quick as they get taken really fast. You can get in touch by filling out this form or by contacting our lettings agent.

Step Two

After deciding on your new home, its time to get your files together to start the rental application. To secure the property you will need to send over the deposit that you have agreed with our lettings agent. Then you will need to send over the following documents in as separate PDF files:

• Scanned copy of your Passport

• Proof of address (Bill, Drivers Licence or Bank Statement)

If you dont have a scanner at home then you can download a PDF Scanner App, this will allow you to use your phone as a scanner to create PDF documents.

Step Three

Once you have completed step three, we will forward your / guarantors details over to a third party referencing agency. They will ask for any relevant references such as employment, previous landlord as well as doing a credit check to confirm affordability for you or your guarantor. The speed of referencing all depends on you and the references provided. We have seen tenants pass referencing checks within 24 hours! So be sure to keep an eye out for emails.

Step Four

When you or your guarantor has passed referencing, we will send you a contract for electronic signature for you to sign with the agreed rent and tenancy length. Once all contracts are signed, you can move to the fifth and final step.

Step Five

The final step is the most exciting! This is move in day, you will get to pick up your keys and move into your new home. As you move in, we will compete a check in report and inventory report to ensure that your deposit is protected. You will receive an information pack about the property. Now its time to settle in and make yourself comfortable in your new home.
